Good idea going into peaceful mode after falling through the glass. hehe
“If I put it here, it breaks the circuit, right?”
Places block
CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK
“ARGH!”
i love when minecrafte i enjoy watching make long videos
DD thanks i enjoyed the whole thing it was really interesting
@stunts1337 That would make gathering the drops a little more awkward. They’d pop up at the end of the mob-evator. An easy solution that I thought of literally the second mmillss started talking about using pistons to create an alternate pathway for mobs was to simply make the floor beneath the water to the mob-evator open and close. He could have the top pathway running to the mob-evator, and a switch to open the floor beneath the top waterway to allow the mobs to fall to the second waterway.
1:06:00 sounds like someone cooking bacon
Repeaters can be used to power pistons directly next to eachother and to isolate a signal
“Aww… Sad clown.”
maybe the whole thing would work better if it was just a straight and you used 1 piston to block the lava flow when you want mobs to get through.
@Felixjin A Coe-ism that fits perfectly!
A grief of creepers
Peaceful mode, go down into the pit and put cacti on two sides, then a few by the observation window, so it can deal with the spider problem. Watched the whole video btw. Good work mang.
You could make the top of that glass area Pistons that push down. At that clogging area where slips of in the yellow and red path? Pistons to push the spiders down into the water.
thumbs of if you watch the houl ep whotout skiping !
i’ve never seen so many spiders on minecraft
@AllNameAreGone Spiders are dealt with in the next episode, in ways similar to what you describe!
@JCartzy Oh I agree! It’s largely the function of figuring it out as I go. Some obvious things escape me except though time. Like the side-by-side repeater arrangement you just mentioned–I had no clue. I just now tried it in game, and it works great! I actually use the vertical torch technique in the next two videos (already filmed).
I couldn’t take your train video, but this one I was watching intently all 1:12.
I wrote an entire Bukkit plugin watching this, and the episode still wasn’t done…
loved it!!!!
There’s got to be a less complicated way to do what you did there, but it’s just so pretty.
Watched all…
Amazing!
well the shaft will clear out the spiders from the trenches.
make a lava blade, where the spiders get stuck in the ceiling, so the loot falls down. and you can wall off a little shaft up to a lava blade, where the trenches meet. only spiders will end up there.
